Is the visit really free?

Yes. Tour the space, ask questions and decide without pressure. There is no commitment until you confirm.

Are the prices all-inclusive?

Yes. Cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi, parking, break area and waste tax are included in the listed plans.

Can I book only the meeting room?

Yes. External guests can book it for meetings, courses, training and events.

What happens if I want to cancel before the contract expires?

Notice must be sent by certified email (PEC) at least 3 months before the contract expires. There is no penalty if you respect the notice period.

Can I use the SPAZIO161 address as my registered office?

Yes. Use of the registered address is included in the 12- and 24-Month Plans. It is available as an additional service with the other plans: contact us for a quote.

Are there limits on when I can access my office?

Reception is open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The 12- and 24-Month Plans include a personal key, so you can come and go whenever you like, including at weekends.

Can my clients visit freely?

Yes. Your clients are welcome during reception hours and can use the parking area, lift and break area freely.

How does printing work?

A Xerox multifunction printer is available in the shared area. Prints and copies are charged by use at preferential rates. You can also install your own printer in your private office.

Can I book the meeting room at the last minute?

Booking in advance is best, but if the room is available, we will gladly accommodate you on the same day.

How do I pay the monthly fee?

We accept bank transfer or PayPal. The fee is billed monthly and VAT is added to the listed amount.

Can I bring my pet to the office?

Out of respect for other guests, pets are not allowed inside the premises.
